REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which registration amounts collected through the Barsana Vrindavan Awas Yojna website (the "Website"), operated by REHNA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED, may be refunded to applicants. By submitting your registration and payment, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Registration Amount

The registration amount collected at the time of applying for a residential plot is fully refundable in case the applicant is not successful in the allotment process, subject to the terms mentioned in this policy.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund of your registration amount in the following cases:

• You are not selected / allotted a plot in the scheme.
• The project developer is unable to allot a plot due to unavailability of the selected plot size or category.
• Duplicate payment made in error for the same registration.
• Technical error resulting in a failed transaction where the amount was debited but registration was not completed.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The registration amount may not be refunded in the following situations:

• The applicant voluntarily withdraws after successful allotment and after signing the Allotment Letter / Agreement.
• False, incomplete, or misleading information was provided at the time of registration.
• The applicant fails to complete the subsequent payment installments as per the agreed Payment Plan after allotment.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, applicants must submit a written request via email or contact our helpline number with their registration details (Applicant Name, Registration ID, Phone Number, and Payment Reference). Our team will verify the request and process eligible refunds accordingly.

6. Refund Timeline

Once a refund request is verified and approved, the amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 15–21 working days. Timelines may vary depending on the applicant's bank or payment provider and are beyond our direct control.

7. Mode of Refund

All refunds will be processed to the same bank account, UPI ID, or payment method originally used for the transaction. We do not process refunds to a different account or through cash.

8. Deductions

Any applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or bank charges incurred during the original payment or refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
